You have to fix whatever caused you to be ineligible as a sponsor, first. Then try again/appeal. Someone who has experience in this department should advise further..

My problem is very serious..my sponsorship was denied...my papers are in my country´s consulate..and i am just waiting and waiting...for their final decision ..that can be a big NO !!! That´s what´s just killing me slowly..then what?? appeal?? it takes ages before a hearing...how hard can this be...?

That's tough indeed. Is there any evidence you can give them now, even at this late stage, that you were indeed separated (ie not a couple) at the time of your spouse's PR? There must be something that would help - how about declarations from family and friends, for instance? Evidence of separate (and separately paid for) residences and bills? Personally I'd be bombarding them with stuff.

I don´t think i am the "problem", it´s because 2yrs ago my husband left to canada and i stayed and unaware i did not do medicals..we weren´t legally married yet, and this year my sponsor was denied based on this fact! what to do??i just cry every single day.

I don't understand how you could be deined for that if you weren't legally married. I read your other posts where you said he listed you as a non-accompanying spouse. If he did that, he was mistaken if you were not his legal spouse at the time. This should be very easy to prove by just showing them your marriage license and show that you were not married at the time of his immigration. I'd appeal.

Yes, i do beleive there is a huge misunderstanding regarding his app...i hope so!!! The consulate would have to be very kind...(!) I beleive there is a mistake,cause i wasn´t going, i wasn´t legally married, we weren´t even living together anymore by the time he landed....I pray so much that a kind soul at teh consulate thinks twice..this is relly destrying me...i am emotionally so drained....thank you for yr support.

So I do hope that you are gathering as much evidence as you can that you were not married or common-law at the time in question, and sending it to the visa office. I understand that you are sad, and I feel for you, believe me, but sitting down and crying won't further your case - documentation just might.

Sometimes I feel people who deal with our cases have no heart, :-X why? The time they take it!!! Do not tell me they chick all papers and backgrounds and all they need for such a long time as this!!! :'(

Everyone of them back to sleep in his bed with his\her partner but we have to suck the pain, ??? yes that what it looks from our perspective. :-[

They hold our life, we do not know where to start and what to do. :'( They make us like Saw movie put us and wait. we can now kill you by being far from your Husband/ wife or we can kill you waiting to say no,

We have life as they do, some even have kids. They do not understand every day we be far from them like a hill. I have no kids, and now I thank God for it, because I am dying being far from my wife, howI would feel if I have kids too.

Should we give up , No because we have no other choices because we do not have choices that we love?
I hope the people whom deal with us have heart in their chest not machine papers.

I know this feeling so well!!!!!! My whole life is on hold, my heart hurts,i can´t eat or sleep, life is so miserable,all because of this waiting...and worse if you wait just for them to say no., because there is no gurantees they say YES !!!!This is such a wonderful word when it means, "go be with the one you love, YES we will give you a visa..just a stamp on your passport- the road to your happiness.!!!!!!

All I can say is...finding this forum BEFORE I actually married and applied has been a blessing...both good and bad...LOL

At least now I can be emotionally prepared for the long wait and know that I am not the only one with an aching heart.

Trust me, finding this forum will be the best thing that ever happened to you. Since joining this forum 5 months before our wedding, i was able to to plan for our immigration application. Get the right kind of pictures and letters and compile the right evidence. All the information here helped me put in the most perfect application possible, and my husband was given his visa in less than 2 months, in an office that states 10-22 months processing time! I cannot be thankful enough for everyone here who shared their expertise and experiences.

This is just one of the reasons I love my man....

Had a little meltdown tonight...finding out the processing times have increased kinda just capped off a bummer day...anyway he says to me...Look at me, (pause for me to wipe my teary eyes and finally look at him :'( ) I know you are a strong woman, I love you and I can't live without you. We are going fight, fight for this love. Everything is going to be fine. We just give them all we have and they will see. Now, stop crying...you are tearing my heart out.

I love this man with everything in me...if only there was a way to make the application and papers and photos and emails just somehow absorb this feeling so they can feel it reverberating all over the application and have no choice but to know this is as genuine as it gets.
