Hello folks,
I applied for my parent's visitor visa without disclosing my sister on the application. At the time she was a non-dependant child over the age of 22 and was married. I had my reasons for failing to disclose and it's sort of personal.
Now I am planning for my father's visitor visa renewal and I want to get the burden of my chest by stating all facts and disclosing my sister as a child on his application. Also, with the help of a letter I shall explain them my situation and why I did what I did.
From all the sources on the Internet and IRCC's website that I have researched they have a strong opinion about not disclosing a dependant child but nothing about a non-dependant child.
I just want to know if they tag this as "Misrepresentation"?
