Daniala said:The website is pretty fast now. But the same error occurs (Error 500). I am afraid that they do not fix this now; as the banner on the website only acknowledges the speed problem and nothing else.
Has anybody contacted these guys today?

browning911 said:Still cannot sign in. Same error. Let's see if IRCC responds to CSE.
profiler said:If you didn't upload documents, then I would just suggest creating a new GCKey (or using the SecureKey Concierge). I just cannot say for certain if the documents would be relinked or not.
I have the same issue. Tried it 100 times. Also tried making new GCKeys. Made 3 of them; 2 do not work.
I really need this back on track. Because I received 3 emails saying that I have new messages in my account. Pretty disappointed now.

so new GCKey don't work too... And what is SecureKey Concierge?
alexfaraon said:Thank you, profiler.
Interestingly, was there ever such case when so many people were not able to access there account for so long...
profiler said:myCIC is new (and is using terribly old technology). ECAS was the system being used up until they released myCIC (a year or two ago?). I cannot speak to whether ECAS had problems, but it isn't as up-to-date as myCIC is.
alexfaraon said:MyCIC is older than 2 years... We used it for the first time three years ago, in October 2013... So that time it already existed... Not sure when it was first released.
About ECAS I didn't know at all..
