Having Issues Signing Into My CIC (GC Key) Today (14-Oct-2016) Only

More CIC maintenance tomorrow.

This online service will be unavailable from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Eastern time, on Saturday, October 22, 2016, in order to perform system maintenance.

This is weird. Why they do not call a cat a cat? Most of the time what CIC calls "system maintenance" is "updating of applications". It has nothing to do with maintenance!

Can someone hel me with that .i found out someone made account on my name in gc key .but i have no account on gc key.can cic be able to tell me from where the account was made location or computer. Will be great help if anyone assist me
