I'm not under Express Entry and I do not have an ITA. I see very general information like about on this image...

Did you upload any documents with myCIC? If so, are they still there?

No no no... I submitted my application on paper a month ago to CPC-V in Vegreville and now I just linked this application to MyCIC. So I have not uploaded any documents through MyCIC.

been trying to access MyCIC since last Friday 14/9/2016 with no luck. Right after logged in and when clicked on "Continue" it gives me "Internal Server Error 500".

I cleared my cached files, changed browsers, changed device, even changed internet connection and the same error still comes up every time!

Also submitted a CSE with Technical Difficulties. Still, nada!

The most annoying thing is, I received an email from CIC yesterday and can't even view the update on my application because of that 500 Error.
 
Guys kindly post when anyone finds a resolution to this issue on their end....I'll do the same....frustrated as hell >:(

BTW, I still cannot sign in.

He used tinypic.com to upload the picture. Then in his reply inserted an image (just below Italics button in the editor) and used the link to the image from tinypic.com.

I found this image on google and copied its url. Then clicked this icon

I followed lalicatter advice in that thread below and it worked for me. After recreating id Im now able to view MyCIC again.

To be honest, I cannot clearly understand you... lalicatter's advice was about how to link an application to MyCIC account, but not how to log in, when we're getting 500 error.

alex is right - my directions are to link the account, but if the system is giving a 500 error that's on CIC's side. There appears to be some issue specific to a batch of GCKEYs. Last week-ish CBC did a story about GCMS having security holes. My best guess is they tried to patch something, it messed up, and now they're trying to fix it. It seems like some folks have had luck creating a new GCKEY and linking the application, however I can't recommend that as I don't know the impacts of re-linking a linked file, and whether or not updates or document requests are transferred over.
