The website is pretty fast now. But the same error occurs (Error 500). I am afraid that they do not fix this now; as the banner on the website only acknowledges the speed problem and nothing else.

Has anybody contacted these guys today?

I have not contacted them, but for me the case is the same: one GCKey account works fine and another one gets error-500... Like it was all these days...

what telephone number do we call to report the issue?

I'd suggest a CSE, but if you cannot wait for a reply, or you can try 888-242-2100.

I did.. same generic response, use the webform to report it, standard response time is a week, nothing else can they tell, and nothing else can we do.

Use the webform - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

choose a technical problem from the drop down menu.

Still cannot sign in. Same error. Let's see if IRCC responds to CSE.

If you didn't upload documents, then I would just suggest creating a new GCKey (or using the SecureKey Concierge). I just cannot say for certain if the documents would be relinked or not.

I have the same issue. Tried it 100 times. Also tried making new GCKeys. Made 3 of them; 2 do not work.

I really need this back on track. Because I received 3 emails saying that I have new messages in my account. Pretty disappointed now.

so new GCKey don't work too... And what is SecureKey Concierge?

SecureKey uses your debit card to log you in. But if a new GCKey won't grant you access, I am doubting a SecureKey will as well -- but it's worth a shot!

Thank you, profiler.

Interestingly, was there ever such case when so many people were not able to access there account for so long...

myCIC is new (and is using terribly old technology). ECAS was the system being used up until they released myCIC (a year or two ago?). I cannot speak to whether ECAS had problems, but it isn't as up-to-date as myCIC is.

MyCIC is older than 2 years... We used it for the first time three years ago, in October 2013... So that time it already existed... Not sure when it was first released.
About ECAS I didn't know at all..

There you go -- you know more than I...
