long-time lurker here. I have been obsessively checking the tracker, and wanted to share some insights;
For the past month, Medical Pass for FSW US applicants has been progressively speeding up. It used to take two months for FSW US applicants to pass medical, but it was shortened to about a month for June AORs, and the most recent AORs are passing medical in just a couple of days. (In fact, the speeding up seemed to have begun immediately after the thread titled "why so long?" was created
) It also means that most of those with AORs in mid-May to mid-July have passed medical within the past two weeks.
The key question is what this means; does it mean that the overall processing time is getting faster (if processing time after medical remains the same), or is medical pass just happening at an earlier stage in the overall unchanged timeline? I compiled data from the tracker to see who already got PPRs, based on their medical pass date; it seems to me very encouraging that the majority of those who passed medical in the week of July 3 already got their PPR. But the next week or two should tell if it all means we can actually expect a PPR quicker now...

July 17-July 23: 0/17 (0%) - AORs mid June to mid July
