KYLE,

Look for Atty Cris Andaya or Atty Dom Pagulayan in Immigrant Visa Center... Tell him you were referred by Steak MD owner... their tell number is 634 8717... Their office is in Prestige Tower Emerald ave. Ortigas Center. 11th flr...

Go there tom kahit walang appointment and they would accommodate you...

I'VE BEEN THERE KANINA... IMMIGRANT VISA CENTER...

actually ganito po yun... marami na ako natanungan ng IMMIGRANT LAWYER... i just can't find one...

1) CIC COASTAL MALL - NASA USA DAW LAWYERS NILA
2) MERCAN - NASA CANADA NAMAN
3) IMMIGRANT VISA CENTER - NASA USA RIN...

so basically lahat ng assist sa mga clients nila, mga CONSULTANT HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES...
AND IF IT'S TOO HARD TO RESOLVE THAT'S THE ONLY TIME THEY SEEK ADVICE SA MGA IMMIGRANT LAWYERS...

by the way tabs...
sabi nila, only clients are entertained... tapos pag my icoconsult daw kami na case... P1200 ang service fee...
hesitant ako nung una, i felt like iba nanaman mapupuntahan nun... if i spend another thousand.

i said to myself... siya na ata hinahanap kong tao talaga!!! so right away, nilabas ko na yung "OWN MADE AFFIDAVIT" ko coming from the heart... and i said i'll ask for an advice at the same time, ipa correct ko narin yun. it was good that i met him... he was able to ans my questions and clear my thoughts.

By the way, MR ANDAYA is not a lawyer, nung una panay atty tawag ko sa kaniya... only to find out at the end, hindi pala. may attorney sila dun, pero iba parin kay Mr. Crispin kasi yun ang expertise niya.

kyle,

so was cris able to help you?

ummm... yes... he looked at our documents... sabi niya including photos and certificates... "WON'T HURT"
that's he's word... basically, chineck niya lang yung affidavit ko and said it good to go...
pero he only edited some parts... tapos he also assessed kung eligible ako... he said im 67points naman
pero VO are not contented with certifications only... they need proofs that i was paid as a nurse...

maraming ako natutunan... maybe because i had a lot of probing questions...
na what if ganito... what if ganyan...

SO PARANG I'M LIKE A PATIENT GOING TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM TO SEEK INSTANT TREATMENT...
pero afterwards... pag labas ko ng E.R. regardless if i get well or not... wala na sila dun...
kaya dapat yung main doctor ko lang puntahan ko... it make sense!
good thing may ready made na ako affidavit...

kasi po pala, pag nagpagawa ako... they would have charge me another thousand or more...

nako sorry dami typo error...
maybe sapat na lahat to. i have done my part.

by appointment naman daw...
next week daw ako isched... eh sabi ko... "HULER! URGENT PO!"
demanding na talaga ako...

stressed with everything, pero pilit parin bumabangon sa pagkalugmok talaga...
wala na po ako maisip pang gawin,
all your advice benefited me a lot po talaga...
and i'm all set...

hoping that the visa officer feel the burst of blessing pag open niya yung envelope ko.
nako sana sana nga talaga... thanks everyone...
dasal dasal nalang talaga muna ako...

Is it okay to bring to Canada fake branded bags? Personal use lang ang quantity.

Nagpunta na po ako duna today kaso ayaw nila i-accept, same reason nung mga nagnonotaryo sa Pinas, affidavits and SPA lang daw ang ginagawa nila.

Meron po akong original Notice of personnel actions for my salary increases and promotions pero di po kompleto, pwede na po kaya ito isubmit together with certified true copy of notice of personnel action from my company?
