FSW – Points for 4 years of Foreign Work Experience?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently calculating my CRS score for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) category. I have 4 years of continuous foreign work experience, but when I use the CRS calculator, it seems to award the same number of points for "3 years or more."

Is there any specific way or "Skill Transferability" combination where a 4th year of experience provides extra points? Or is 3 years the absolute ceiling for foreign work experience points in the Express Entry system?
