Hi everyone, I need help in selecting the NOC.
I have 4 years of experience from Amazon in operations and my current designation is 'business operations specialist'.
I'm not finding any relevant NOC code to it. I searched and found "1122 - Professional occupations in business management consulting" to be slightly relevant. Please suggest me which NOC will suit my experience.
Thanks :)

Hello I wanted to inquire about education verifications. My husband is the primary applicant, he has a B.E in CSE (applied for WES
) and additional Cisco certifications. Will these be evaluated and get us scores? And in the CRS calculator should we choose two degrees, certs or just bachelors? Very confused, kindly suggest.
CISCO certifications will not be evaluated so he will most likely have a degree.

Cisco certificates are not equivalent to education. You will get WES ECA only for B.E. (CSE)

So this option gives you 50 points. What will be your CRS after reducing those 50 points?
If its going to be more than CRS of invitation round, then you should be good.

Please Guys, I am in a strait... I am about to submit my application for PR through EE and I want to be sure on the following:

1) I want to know if I have to attach my study permit with the application?
2) Similarly, do I need to also attach my SIN, and employment letter with the application?
3) And finally, as an international student do I have to attach my university admission letter to the application?

In the end, can someone help me with a list of documents required for int'l students studying in Canada who got ITA.

I will appreciate it so much if I can get help here.
Thanks

We are investigating the process of moving to Canada from the US. We currently have court appointed guardianship of my mother, who has moderate to advanced Alzheimer's. She has her own financial resources at present, but we would not be able to financially support her when those funds run out. What options do we have for bringing her with us? Can we transfer guardianship from the US to Canada?

If you don't have funds then what would transferring guardianship to Canada do? She would not be moving with you. Assume she is a US citizen, not Canadian citizen.

We are all US citizens at present, but we are legally obligated to care for her. The US court system will not allow us to just abandon guardianship. She currently has assets of around $300k USD and that currently pays for her care. As guardians, we are responsible for her finances, her health and welfare.

So we need to be able to bring her, but I don't know what options there will be for us.
