It's all on the CIC site: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp

But...

(Please note that this info does not apply to the Federal Skilled Trades Program)

1) Determine your eligibility by doing this CIC quiz http://www.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp

2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.

How does CLB match back to the language tests? That info is here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/language/charts.asp

3) Get your qualifications assessed by doing an Education Credential Assessment. Details here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

4) Determine the code that best applies to you on the National Occupation Classification (NOC) list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.asp

The occupation must be NOC 0, A, or B for FSW or CEC.

5) When you have those in hand you create your express entry profile. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/profile.asp and register for the Job Bank http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng

You'll be given points based on your age, education, number of years work experience, and language skills. The points system is detailed here --> http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp

You'll be in a pool with thousands of other applicants http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/pool.asp

Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp

For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.

6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:

a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

b) Identify how you will provide proof of funds http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

c) check out what is required for the police certificates http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

d) find out how long it takes to get a date for the medical exam. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp

e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.

f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.
Thanks for sharing information. I am confused. I know mi NOC is 3113 for Dentist , what is the NOC form I need to upload on my file ? Where do I find it ?

No, If ECA for your Masters Education is "Masters" then no need for Bachelors...

Your post gives absolutely NO information about this "job" you are talking about so I'm assuming you've received ITA before you "actually" have enough work experience for the stream you applied for. If you don't "actually" meet the requirements at the time when you received the ITA, you'll have to decline it and wait until you are eligible and then accept the ITA.

what if a child has any disease, any lifelong disease. Is Canadian immigration approve her to call her ill child. mylittleone.photography
It depends. IF IRCC determines your child's condition would cause excessive demand on public health services, they would send you a Procedural Fairness Letter asking you to explain how you plan to finance the medical needs for your child.

Currently, the threshold is set as follows :

$108,990 over 5 years (or $21,798 per year)

What this means is if the medical expenses for your child is OVER the amount mentioned above, then you'll have to explain how you plan to pay those costs. If the medical expenses are BELOW the amount quoted above, then you shouldn't have an issue.

Go through this:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/inadmissibility/reasons/medical-inadmissibility.html

and this:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/excessive-demand.html

PS: PLEASE stop tagging unrelated blogs to your posts here. Thank you.

Is it possible to call my mother there, there is no one to take care of her except me. twowheelsbiglife
First, please STOP tagging irrelevant blogs/advertisements to your post. I have reported it to the mod.

You'll have to be a PR or a Citizen to sponsor your mother. You can either apply for their PR or you can bring them over on a supervisa.

PR for parents => https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/family-sponsorship/sponsor-parents-grandparents/apply.html

Super visa => https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/parent-grandparent-super-visa.html

Hi All!

Need help/Suggestion!

I completed MS from VIT as part of 4 years (October 2016 to April 2020) WISTA program from Wipro. My total years of experience is 5.4 years including WISTA masters program. I got to know from other threads that this MS will be considered equivalent to Masters from Canada. My concern is will this 4 years work experience will also be considered during PR application. If so, under which category we have to claim it since we will receive only testimonial for this 4 years mentioning the designation as STUDENT COMPUTER APPLICATIONS.

Kindly Can anyone help me on this?

Thankyou for your time :)
The work experience and Masters program, both are valid.

Hi Guys,
I am on my work permit and I have a slight issue. It’s just that my family name and my first name are the same on my work permit.I. e., both have my full name on them. Will that be an issue? Other than that everything is good……

Hi All.. need a small clarification in work experience category. I have 6+ years of experience and i have chosen 2171 which is skill level A, as my primary noc code as this is my latest job title for the past 1.5 years. Before dat i was working in 3 different noc codes of skill level A. So my question is shud i mention all these noc codes with my respective companies in my job history or can i put 2171 for all my experience. If yes,Will it not create any issue while they are reviewing my profile? Your help is highly appreciated.
