Document is Invalid

I have my student visa before 18th March but they denied my entry yesterday at IGI Airport, Delhi.
They said as per the Canadian Embassy, 'You can not board' and I was returned back.

I opened by portal and checked the status - it says the following:

Status: YOUR DOCUMENT IS INVALID
Document: COUNTERFOIL

However, on the main window it says: Visa is Approved

Please help! What is this? What to do now? What's going on? What's the solution?

the counterfoil on your passport invalidated. Contact IRCC. You may need a new counterfoil.

I checked those form. No one confirmed - what was happened to them.
Is the issue got resolved or not?

Call CBSA (+1 613-946-0762) and get a hold of call agent. They will tell you what to do from there

I didn’t have such experience, but I am sure you’re not alone. Calling is just the fastest way, plus since you were denied landing in Canada then CBSA will know more about your counterfoil

What is expiry date of your TRV?
You all information on TRV is same as passport?
Note: TRV mean counterfoil.
