My AOR was in late Dec, but I paid RPRF upfront. Maybe that's a factor that speeds up or slows down the application?

Any no to call them if I'm not in Canada?
I only found the hotline number for the call inside Canada.
Folks have had success calling that number using Skype/Hangouts (using credits). I've never tried though. Also, they log all calls and upload notes to your case file.

Hi everyone good to be here. Please suggest what is wrong with my application. I am an Outland. My AOR was 14th December, got medical passed on the 21st of December. Since then I have been on IP1. Today is day 36, it seems too slow to me. Where will my file be at this moment?

My AOR is 8Dec, and paid the RPRF on the same day, upfront. It took almost a month for MEP (10Jan). So maybe ppl who paid upfront has some issues which is slowing down the process... Who knows...

Hi everyone!

My AOR is Dec 25.

Are you guys checking your account for changes in status everyday? I'm so anxious I keep accessing my profile every few hours. I can't control it.

Ha ha, I'm also guilty of that :p It's become borderline compulsive, I can't help it either!
And I agree with PeterEgus, we can only speculate and wait. No two applications will have the exact same circumstances.

I got the below message on my VISA office inquiry:

Good day,
Please note that your application is being processed at the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.

My timelines are :
AoR: 27/12/2017
NA1: 27/12/2017
MEP: 11/01/2018
IP1: 11/01/2018
NA2: 17/01/18

Does this mean my application will be processed out of Ottawa or will they transfer it to my local Visa office? Thank you!

This is what I got few minutes ago when I wrote to CIO. They said that my application is still with Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. And I am in IP1. Please how long does it take for it to leave the CIO in Sydney to the next stage?
