Folks have had success calling that number using Skype/Hangouts (using credits). I've never tried though. Also, they log all calls and upload notes to your case file.Any no to call them if I'm not in Canada?
I only found the hotline number for the call inside Canada.
My AOR is 8Dec, and paid the RPRF on the same day, upfront. It took almost a month for MEP (10Jan). So maybe ppl who paid upfront has some issues which is slowing down the process... Got UCI but getting impatient as no update, no medicals, no nothing after that. Initially and still got this technical glitch, Your Action is Required - asked a question about the problem and they acknowledged the problem and told everything is in order despite the problem. After two weeks asked about the VO, of course still in central intake office and desperately requested GCMS notes to make them notice me!
