I got an ITA with 529 score. But my common-law’s school documents are taking awhile to process. If we don’t have my spouses diploma/wes credentials, our score will go down to 517. We were thinking of applying as non-accompanying spouse as he is still in our home country and then changing it to accompanying when we have his WES credentials. We predict his WES will arrive maybe a month after ITA expiry. We asked the school for his papers since October and they said we need to go to the Commission on Higher Education. If we get his WES Credentials, our score will go up back to 527 which is above the cut-off of 520 CEC EE draw

Should we decline and wait for another draw or just push through with non-accompanying and change it to accompanying. My partner has never been in canada. We want to make sure there is no misrepresentation but at the same time, accepting this ITA would really be amazing.
