Congrats. I too have updates on May 16th and May 25th too but no PPR. WHen did you get the email did anything change on your application when the ghost updates happened? What is your VO?

ADR submitted : Feb 16 2018
Ghost update and IP2: May16 2018
Ghost update 2 : May 25 2018
PPR from CPCO Ottawa - May 25 2018

To answer your questions, I got ghost update which I noticed one hour before PPR mail. VO -- Ottawa.
