@denzrambo - Can you please confirm if this was your background check status after the update. And how long did it take to get the PPR email after the update.

Congrats man, I remember for @denzrambo it dint take much time to get PPR, I think only few hours after he received PPR

usually i am at work until 12noon Canada time. Hopefully I will find someone who will give me some more details about my case

they answer from 9am to 4pm canada time

I suggest relax and check email only after 8 hours, however I understand the feelings and excitement

I tried. It says I cannot get connected to a person because im calling from outside Canada.

try downloading app called textnow and call from that.I was able to connect from us using that
