Two week processing has not really been followed since before covid. Background check can take a long time depending on your citizenship and countries lived in.

Me, my wife and daughter got letter for passport on 12.09.25. Son's Visit Visa refused by mentioning to apply as Study Permit. I applied for SP on 14.09.25.

Thought you said in a past post that you applied for study permits. All you can do is wait. Current processing for SP is 10 weeks. Hopefully you get it faster.
