Can you apply for BC PNP Skilled Immigration International Graduate (the one that takes almost 2 years to complete) and express entry (federal) at the same time?
It looks like I still don't meet the 1 year experience requirement of Express entry. So I was hoping I could start applying BC PNP Skilled Immigration International Graduate and when I reach 1 year experience in 3 months apply under Express Entry. Does this make sense? ;D

I'm also thinking of doing the similar thing. The difference between us is that I have been in the EE pool for 9 months and haven't been invited, although I may be invited in the begining of next year. I got invited to apply for BCPNP SI-IG in September and submitted my application in October (Don't ask me why didn't I register BCPNP under EEBC-IG, there was a stupid train of thoughts involved which I am regretting to my very core now :'(). So if by "and when I reach 1 year experience in 3 months apply under Express Entry" you meant entering in the EE pool, you can absolutely do that. But if you are asking if you can submit your CEC application online (given that you have been invited to apply) while having your active paper-based PNP being processed, I still think you can (or we can, cuz I'm gonna do it!)But I'll call IRCC to ask before I do it to make sure I don't throw 1000 dollars for nothing...

If you do find out please do let us know as well.

Thanks you thank you! :)

1. You can always follow the picture standard for a Canadian PR card or passport. BCPNP doesn't care much baout the picture, as long as they can see your face properly. I wear my glasses in the picture and took it with my boss's iphone... (yes, You don't have to take it at a professional photo booth). IRCC has very strict photo standard though.

2. Besides (or other than, if you cannot find them) the pay stubs, you can submit your T4 slips or NOA. Or just ask your employer to print them out for you again, they should have records.

Mikko, thank you very much for your reply! I will do the picture as soon as possible, and for the pay-stubs, i will take your advice and ask my manager to print them out for me, which should i print out the pay-stubs for the past 9 months till now, or the whole year? Thank you again. :)

hi! :) the checklist is saying "copy of education and training certificates" i will provide my diploma, do i have to provide high school graduated diploma/certification as well? thank you!

Hello... I have some questions.

My background:
I'm not working right now. I was working for them until the middle of October. My company tried to find someone to fill my position until the end of October but they couldn't find anyone, so they decided to give me a job offer!

1.
This week I got an email from BC PNP, and it says our company has to show the number of employees and their detail. I actually put the wrong number on the BC PNP application form. If I send a different number, will it be a matter? Will they get upset because I informed the wrong number at the beginning?

2.
I also need to send my wage statements for the last couple of months. But the thing is, I was working almost at the minimum wage because I was at a junior position. However on the job offer, which I sent to BC PNP, my company offered $2*, which is more than $10 higher than my wage during September 2016 and October 2016.

On BC PNP Program Guide, they say
"Applications will not be approved where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the offered wage has been inflated or increased for the purpose of meeting minimum income requirements, or for the purpose of obtaining a higher registration score."

We're not trying to increase for that purpose, I'm just turning to senior position and they offer the higher wage. But if I send my low wage wage statement, will it be a problem?

Thank you in advance!

Nope only university, diploma certificates are required.

If it's skill immigration(non-EE) CIC won't require IELTS, after nomination you need to send a paper application to CIC.

If it's BC PNP EE, you must have IELTS results otherwise you can't create an express entry profile.

hi wicaact,

Could you please help with the link for the document checklist of the paper application to CIC? Thanks!

Thanks for your suggestion, but I'm asked to send the information by email... I'm thinking to put some reasons why my wage was almost minimum until October. But I'm not sure if that will make my application even more suspicious.

Hello logan7712 thanks for your help!

I applied for EE BC PNP, and I submitted the forms early in this week. My occupation's desired hourly wage is $2*, but on my last month's wage statement my wage is more than $10 lower than that. Currently I'm not working (my visa has been expired) and got a job offer with $2* hourly wage.

Hi!
I hope you didn't inflate your wage for the sake of higher registration score. If that's not the case, you can write a email explaining your situation.

My wage was low because at first I was working with co-op visa. I'll try to explain the situation. Thank you~!
