@legalfalcon
I uploaded just my provisional certificate/Notification of higher degree for my Masters along with my ECA.

Should I be worried or attach an LOE right now about why I dont have the Certificate? I am two months post AOR already.

If you do not have the diploma, and only the provisional was available, you should have explained it in the LoE. If not, and to be on the safer side, you should send a LoE via CSE. However, by now your R10 (completeness check should be complete), but it is better to send it than not.

Thanks. I just sent an LOE explaining the cause - university strike action in my country.
Added the degree transcript and a link to my published masters thesis on the university domain.

I got a webform reply that says this:
  • Your application currently meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied.
what does it mean?
