Sharing information
When assessing your application, we’ll share your fingerprints and photo with the Canada Border Services Agency and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). We may also share it with other law enforcement agencies in Canada to enforce any Canadian or provincial law, as well as with Canadian government institutions or foreign governments according to Canada’s privacy laws.

Your fingerprints and photo will also be shared with the U.S., the United Kingdom (U.K.), Australia and New Zealand in a way that respects:

  • privacy laws
  • civil liberties
  • human rights (including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms)

This can take some time, but this will not stop other stages from being completed.

Quick question though, what is your country of residence, we have very similar timelines.

I guess it is not the time might be the stream as we have seen lots of PNP and FSW-O getting PPR. none for CEC so far and also many from Nigeria lol.

You may be wrong, I am FSW-O just like Debbso but I am in US and my VO is Ottawa. So alot of variables playing here, Ottawa has been the slowest so far and they have severe Covid restrictions.

I hope so. that's another factor with VO Ottawa - I guess they have a lot on there plate like processing CERB application and other things. Lets hope for the best

A number of PNP and FSW-O have been prioritized yes, but there have been some CEC folks that got COPR as well between May and August AORs.
Ultimately, there is no trend to be determined as everyone here is working with limited information, and extremely small sample sizes (being this forum and that tracker website that people keep mentioning)

Almost all VOs and Processing Centers got hit by COVID and affected their manpower. Some bounced back a bit better due to the locations they were in recovering better from the pandemic. Ottawa is the seat of government in Canada, so not only has that office taken the most extra precautions, they also got a lot of workload redistribution (gleaned this from GCMS notes)
