Does that mean in the worst case I have to wait until October before they touch my file again?
My Open bridged WP expires February 2015. Maybe I need to apply for a second OBWP ...

^^July applicant, still waiting. But it hasn't been 13 months so I'm not worried.
If you order GCMS Notes you will see they have "Due Dates" for the stages of the process; I'd like to think these will trigger the processing of the papers.

the due date on my file was May 15 .. and the over all due date is Sept 8 which is scary ... my file was not touched since Feb ...

it has nothing to do with due dates it just depends on when an officer will take a look at ur file ..

^I agree, let's say they are just waiting for the results of the Security Check. If it comes in earlier then of course they make a decision after that.

The Due Date is there for a reason, and from a purely speculative standpoint, that will alert them to going back at your file. I don't think they just randomly look at files (Remember they have lots of files on queue); I think they have a system of following-up on "forgotten" files, hence the check-point dates.

I've done my medical and paid landing fee in Mar, then is no update till now, status is in process for 3 months!
my agent asked me to find a MP... it seems like there's nothing I can do now but find MP....cuz I already got my notes....medical due date is Oct 22
does it help to find a MP? the waiting is killing me!

1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 7, 2013.

2. We started processing your application on March 7, 2014.

We are also in the same boat. Initially my spouse's medical reports were missing. I followed up with the health branch and after several back and forth they said that they were finally able to locate her medical records around May 30th .
We are now waiting for ECAS to get updated to reflect medical received and also waiting for PPR and other updates.

Moving very very slow for us.
Patiently waiting

I received new notes today. Nothing changed. Everything passed besides medical which is still under status "sent".

In the communication log there was no refrence that I contacted them twice asking about receiving the medical results.
As my medicals were uploaded via eMedical March 31st which is 2.5 months ago. would sending a third email enclosing the "medical sent" document which I received from the clinic do me any good?

Medical due date 10/22/14......
and I have emailed them 3 times, they confirmed that already received medical result in Mar, but my ECAS never show MER...still in process ???
that makes me think I may be have some medical problems.....

the clinic told me they cannot submit medical results if something is wrong...

they can and do but they should also contact you and tell you if there is a problem with your health

they emailed me said that everything is normal.....
I don't know why that ECAS still in process since Mar 18.....
I called MP yesterday, the secretary said there's nothing they can do now, cuz it's within 13 months
seems like nothing I can do either but wait :-[ :-[ :-[

Finally finally the wait is over... Recieved Passports with Visa and COPR for me & my spouse.
