I got an update on my application, I passed the medical exam and also got a letter saying an invitation to pre-arrival services but do not know what does it mean is it a good sign? Does anyone have any idea? I am April 2019 inland applicant

March they need add docments proof of relation ans cohibitation then i submit
After that nothing till now ...can u plz need your sutation same for me or diffrent
I am in montreal

My file got transfered to Etobicoke and I still didn’t get any respond/decision until yesterday that they sent me pre-arrival letter Services. What does this mean, are they going to make any desicion soon on my application.
