April 13- sent the application
April 15- received by cic(check thru tracking no.)
April 22- received AOR thru email

Congrats !!! Could u please upload timeline in april spreadsheet?

My Timeline:
April 02- sent the application
April 07- received by CIC
April 23- received AOR thru email

Quick question:
My application is for family(2 adults & 1 kid), but only I have received email and Not my wife. We gave our individual email IDs and also didnt received seperate email for my kid. Does family application receives single email only, please confirm.

Hi, this question is regarding transcripts.

I will need to send copies from two schools. However one school does not issue official transcripts to students, they only issue to another educational institution.

Has anyone had/or heard of them returning applications because they received a photocopy of a transcript issued to student?

Here is my timeline, Montreal office,

2015 April 21- sent the application
2015 April 23- received by cic(Canada Post tracking no.).

My application was returned due to an error in my son's application form, though the adult application was approved.
I sent it back today, and will wait for the next communication.

My application reached on 7th Apr, and was sent back on April 12 - 5 days means its a fast review.

Yep, pretty quick. When you look at tecent timelines we should be getting the AOR in less than 2 or 3 weeks.

Hey All,
Just dropped my application off at Canada Post this afternoon. Let the waiting games begin eh?
Really awesome to see so many people getting their AOR's so quickly? I think I saw one person claim 10 days from app received to AOR sent. WOW!
The guys from last year must be seeing these stats and hating us right now. They had to wait months!

Anyone want to hesitate a guess on how long it'll be before we're actually citizens? I know CIC are making changes to speed up the process, but I'm curious if anyone had any thoughts on how long our applications will take.

ECAS activated: 26th April
