security is not started but my BG check still in progress since June 30.

Can we withdraw an application after paid the fees? And resubmit again from the beginning. I realized that I did some mistakes in the express entry actual application and I paid the fees.i have positive Lmia and ends on march 2017 so I really do not want to waste it.

Is it any affect if I will submit new application?

Please advise guys!!!

Guessing its the 1st time in progress..is it not?

Anyway, imo-dont worry about it..my bg check was in progress for 3 months and went to not needed for 1 day and again in progress

If you elaborate a little on the mistakes we can help you fix it on this app only..withdrawal is an option, but i would recommend not to

I started working with current company on August 31,2015 then i went to india from January 11,2016 to February 3,2016. I submitted my profile on September 20 and got ITA on september 21,2016 and submitted my express entry application on october 20,2016. My question is the vacation that i took is paid 2 vacation but in the employment letter i didn't mention it but in job offer i did but on job offer i put date of September 23,2016 so i am scared if they will reject my application.

Please advise!

11.2-EE MI- Met=2016/09/15
Eligibility: passed
Medical: Passed--2016/07/12
Security is not started but my BG check still in progress since Sep 15.
Also,my file has been transferred to CPC-Ottawa from Centralized Intake Office on Aug 03.Not sure if any impact.

The last page also mentions the following:

Office: CPC-OTTAWA, general

Congratulations on your new born baby!!! :)

Everything looks good from what you have shared my friend...

Im pretty sure you would need to inform CIC...Im not sure of SINP coz I am not aware of how they work...(many PNPS many rules! :) )

AFAIK- Any material changes to an application-like child birth, marital breakdown, marriage, etc...ANY change in status has to be reported....

I would advise get meds done for your baby, birth certificates, and passports, revised POF...but call cic to double check

So, okay...

On employment letter you dint mention the benefits...even that's okay

On job offer letter (which you drafted on Sep/23 after you got ITA), you dated that letter for Sep/23...correct?

Why are you so concerned about Sep/23?
