To the Almighty God I give all the honor, glory, thanksgiving, worship & praise! Glory is His name!

Thank you very much also to LegalFalcon and to all September AORs!

After 9 months, I finally got my PPR!

It's been a very exhausting, nerve-cracking, mind-boggling, challenging and enjoyable ride!
I met the lowest self-esteem while waiting for the result - the feeling of hopelessness and despair.
All the efforts, the fears, the worries, the troubles, the heartaches -the hardships - finally paid off - all in God's grace!

Thank you very much everyone, I'm out of words - the feeling is so overwhelming - it all feels like a dream!

My long journey ends here, for me it's very unforgettable. I promise to stay with you guys who are still waiting and be of help in anyway I can.

God bless and good luck to everyone!

This is a great news. So happy for you. I can relate how difficult it is to wait, but you made it. Heartiest congratulations.

All the best for the journey ahead!

When did your BGC go in progress? and is your Criminality passed?
On what date is your AINP expiring?

hi legalfalcon! my BG is in progress from Feb 12 when cic requested the information about my husband job. he worked as a government employee in police department. we have submitted all that info and same day my bg went in progress. my Ainp expiring date is July 19 2016. last week they reviewed our medical again and i called cic, agent said they are re -assessing medical and after 4-5 days it went to passed again. i do not know what is heppaning with my file. i did the CSE and GCMS notes but nothing is heplful. My criminality is passed as the notes say.

Sorry to hear that. But don't stress out too much. Most likely because of the Police job the BGC is taking extra time as they have to ensure that your husband was not privy to sensitive information and will not be a threat to the Canadian security. As regards to the ANIP, I would suggest that you send a CSE only stating that your ANIP is expiring and also send an email to the Alberta Province and inform them of the same.

When are you likely to get your next set of GCMS? If you would like i can look into them. Jus email your notes to me at manmeet@msrai.com

I know this is a very sensitive situation, but just be proactive and do not be stressed out.

You should be getting your PPR very soon. Until then make sure that you send some strong messages to CIC and let them know of the catch 22 situation you are in. Involving Alberta would be ideal as they may either extend your ANIP or CIC will give you a PPR before that. Keep us posted.

thank you so much legalfalcon for heplful info. i will send the email to cic and call alberta office to
orrow for sure.

hi. i called alberta immigration today, the agent said you have one chance to extend your ainp. i will fill the extension form in first week of July.

You won't need more than one extension. You are almost at the last leg and should be getting the PPR soon. Keep us posted.

Don't lose hope. Can you update was is happening with your application? What do your latest GCMS notes say?

it's kinda stupid they have been asking for unnecessary documents which were already been submitted along with E-APR.

last month they asked me to get my son's medical done and next day they sent me form which states i voluntarily foregoing my right to apply for my son. i already submitted Divorce Judgement from court of law which clearly states that i only have right to see or meet my child. The court judgement was also submitted along with E-APR.

i feel like they have rolled my documents and shove it in they *&** and forgot about it and wasting my time by asking random unnecessary documents. it took them 9 month to read the document and ask me to sign some right form???

Seriously, they have no value for someone's time. i could understand applying from outside Canada. i have been living here for 6 years and paid my tuition while studying and been paying taxes for 3 years. Their organizations and corporate need so called Canadian experience which i have. Canadian education i have.
and still wasting my time. really getting frustrated .

i have asked my 3 GCMS notes in past 8 months hardly any movement from November, 2015 to April 2016 not even a single note. i waited this time around 26 days before applying for next GCMS which i did on 1 June, 2016.

Sorry to hear your dilemma. I know its frustrating, but its is important not to give in or give up. Just hang in there and very soon you will have you PPR. The IRCC is overloaded with applications and any difficult file is just tossed away. But keep pursuing and very soon you will be through.

PNP Accepted.
September/2015 AOR.
Extension approved.
Ecas not working now.

PREVIOUS ECAS -

Medicals passed.

GCM NOTES -
March/2016
Criminality Passed.
Background Passed.
Cost Recovery complete.
RPRF Complete.

I sent an email as per CIC's suggestion for applications that have passed the expected processing times (i.e., 6 months for EE). They replied saying we have received and confirmed your information, your application is in process.

Any idea how much longer do i need to wait approximately?
I am planning to travel, do i need to inform CIC?

Thanks a lot!
Best of Luck!
