I got request for RPRF payment today and I paid today (March 1,2016).
what is its mean? can I assume, my PR file will be completed in few days or....?
my time line is as under.

Express entry (from Canada, Alberta), FSW with LMIA.

Application submitted - Sep 15,2015
AOR - Sep 16, 2015
Medical Passed - Sep 30,2015
Schedule A requested - Oct 20,2015
Schedule A submitted - Oct 22,2015.

RPRF requested - March 1,2016
RPRF Paid - March 1,2016.

Please share, Is there any one has passed through same situation? any idea, what is meaning of RPRF request...has my application approved or what % has processed successfully, How much more time approximate it will take to finalize the final decesion.

It went from "Not Started" to "Not needed" in January 2016. Then I was asked for my military records, which was absurd since I have never served in the military. I responded back then got 3 ghost emails on January 21, 2016. Since then no news.
