As it was mentioned before, they also work on the weekends sometimes.
I myself got my ghost email Sunday afternoon around 2 pm.

The following notes show that I do not meet FSW but CEC and in the status says passed-candidate. This is a good sign. isn't it? However the date is my submission date!!!!!!!!!

Just to get a rough estimate of how many people still have the background check as not started, and how many have it as not needed at this time. My BG check was not started and went to not needed at this time. I am not sure about the sequence that CIC follows, but has anyone else seen this or finds it similar?
