I got similar reply from CSE on 23, January ,2019Raised CSE and today I got the following answer from Sydney, Nova Scotia:
“Application is awaiting the review of an officer”.
Is this a good/bad signal?

Me too! March 16. Did you also received a letter with recommendations on how to get a job in Canada?
Agreed, it's been radio silence from them. I'm waiting on my 2nd set of GCMS notes and I had my local MP office inquire on my behalf twice.
Ultimately I was told they are dealing with a backlog of RR cases and all I can do now is wait.
Additional to Canadian Experience, did you claim points for experience outside Canada?
Only CEC applicants can contact/email MP ?
I'm FSW-outland applicant , is it possible for me to contact them?
If yes , how can I do the same?
