Confused about "Visa Office" on Webform (Outland Spousal Sponsorship - AOR Stage)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice regarding the IRCC Webform. I submitted an Outland Spousal Sponsorship application, while I was living in the USA. I have since relocated to Canada and my wife just received the "Application Received" email (AOR).

I need to proactively upload my biometrics fee receipt because I missed it during the initial submission. I have successfully linked my application to my IRCC Secure Account but there is currently no option to "Upload Documents" there. I’m guessing that feature only appears when they request additional documents.

I am trying to use the IRCC Webform (https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1513&top=19) to send the receipt, but I’m stuck on these questions:

1. "Is your application being processed by an office outside Canada?" — Since I applied Outland (Family Class), I assume the answer is Yes?
2. "Choose the visa office processing your application." — My AOR email doesn't explicitly name an office. It just says "Your sponsorship application is in queue for processing."

My Questions:

• Which office should I choose from the dropdown? I’ve seen people talking about this on various social media platforms but there doesn’t seem to be a clear answer.
• Is it normal for the "Upload Documents" button to be missing in the linked GCKey account right after AOR? Is the Webform the only way to send unsolicited documents like this fee receipt?
