I dnt know how to cover pervious rejection in the cover letter written by applicant(my wife)
Can anyone please help me in this
If you have any suggestions plz pm me or post here
I have seen many cases who are approved in their second trv

What were the details of previous rejection? Did you apply for gcms notes? Did you apply for trv first and now for WP? Also if you wrote any tentative plans the first time? Without knowing any of these its hard to make a suggestion

Rejection reasons are
No travel history , weak ties, not enough funds

I applied only for trv once in last summer
Never applied for work permit
I didnt write much plans but to visit husband and spend time together
But i didnt show her job before now she has a job since aug 2013
And i ll attach her job letter and purpose of visit is ...visit spouse during summer holidays
But i dnt know how to answer previous rejections
If you please suggest how can i explain my ties this time

Oh so you are still applying for trv. I don't know may be it gets through. But if you ask for a personal opinion, a person whose spouse is living in Canada doesn't go there to just visit him. Even if this is true, it is my feeling that CIC doesn't view it that way. But rather a way to get past the standard time frame of Spousal sponsorship. So probably they look for very strong reasons to return to home country (ties).

All you can say now is to show enough funds, currently working, so another reason to return (though it seldom would fly). And that is pretty much about it.

You didn't order notes earlier, so if say they have a documentation concern (say could be about your details i.e. job / student status NOC code), we wouldn't know for sure.

For e.g. a friend of mine is doing a Post Doc and initially he went alone to Canada. Latter he applied for SOWP which was refused with wording like "VO is not satisfied that you qualify without LMO or job". But when they guy got GCMS notes, he got to know that they were not sure of his NOC code because people on Post Doc didn't require LMO so job details were needed. The next time he submitted a more detailed letter from employer, stating his position, responsibilities etc. in detail as well any possible extensions contract and is waiting decision now. Hopefully he would get through this time.

The reason of mentioning above is that GCMS notes often really help. Without that it is mere speculation unless you have a very clear an obviously noted reason for refusal that you sure can address in the next attempt.

No problem. Wish you all the very best. Though i still don't get it that why didn't you opt trying for an OWP instead? At least that doesn't attempt to show that you are only going there for a visit and rather that your wife intends to go and live with you until your PR is processed which is perfectly legal and ok.

You can not apply for an OWP for your spouse if you are a permenant resident or citizen. That's for Outland sponsorship applications. For inland you can apply for OWP for your spouse regardless of whatever your status is in the country.

for my understanding it a letter of affidavit from father (as he is sponsor )

2.Itinerary travel
wat should i attach in this?
i have no ticket reservation....wat to do ?
if i leave blank i think it will not work

3.Purpose of travel

is it enough or anything else???

what it means? a simple job letter to my understanding

I put my Bank balance(which ill b takong with me to Canadá), my assets,property in proof of means of financial support.

Proof of financial resource of supporter: husbands Bank balance, home,Paystubs, t4

Proof of Incone: notice of assessment, job letters old n New, letter from employee

But the situation is different
She is being sponsored by her father
So i m not attaching anything from my end
She herself have no amount in the bank to show

So our whole focus is showing father's income and property in financial means of supporter
But then again the other similar category
Proof of means of financial Support

Trv is rejected due to weak home ties,lack of funds no travel history
Last time we didnt show her job
This time we are showing her job thats 8 months old
Also showing assests of her father propery etc
