Dear @legalfalcon,
Firstly, I apologize for a long post as I am totally new to the forum. I have found you and few others very actively supporting with valuable information to many applicants, which is just Awesome. I have read too many things posted by you but i am confused on few things, for which I need your assistance.

  • I am a PNP (alberta) applicant with AOR on 22nd Feb 2020. I had ordered GCMS which i recvd in Oct. My eligibility and medicals are shown as "Passed" in page 2 of GCMS, but Security & Criminality not yet begun. There is nothing mentioned as s15 or s16 in any page. Please see below link for Image 1 & 2.

  • Also, as per GCMS, there were total 9 assessments for me, and the status shows as Passed - Candidate. Does this confirm that all of my educational, language, employment and other documents have been verified and I am considered as passed? There is one section which shows eligibility, work experience as 0. What does this mean? Please see the below link

  • In the end I have a review, but it does not says anything regarding the employment records. Is it normal or another review will update this? Please see the below link. Do you think there is any assessment balance after this or it is a final review.

Recently, I received a request for a updated PCC as I have moved to a new country last year. This is an update recieved after very long time. Does this mean that I have cleared the eligibility stage and now my criminality and security is under process??

Thanks alot in advance for your patience to read through.

SM.

The Note 3, where you see review is your R10, or the completeness check note. It has nothing to do with eligibility. The review your see is the documents being marked as set of review.

What does note 1 and 2 say?

Dear @legalfalcon

NOTE 1 (24 Aug 2020): is about my passport which were update in August 2020 and submitted to London Visa office.

NOTE 2 (09 Apr 2020): it says CSC recvd IMM 5476 (PA) for PR for paid representative.

And then is the note 3 that I had shared earlier.

So, my eligibility is not yet conclusively passed, or Am I judging it wrongly with the given info. Please help me by looking at my earlier post.

Thank You
SM

If these are the only notes, then you eligibility has not even started. All application go though the following stages:

R10
Criminality
Medicals
Eligibility
Security

To read on the stages of an application see https://bit.ly/35D2D3R

In your case, the Note 3 is your R10 note. It has review required for statutory question, i.e. if you answered yes to any prior visa refusal. All applications with a prior visa refusal will have this a Review required.

Once your eligibility has started, you will see a detailed eligibility note with all the calculations and evaluation of your work reference letters.

I am also going through similar situation. Just want to understand @legalfalcon, that why on page 2 the eligibility and medicals is showing as passed ?? and 9 assessments that were made shows all passed?

Page 2 has the summary of the application. A few pages further down, you will see ELIGIBILITY and your score and details on it. These are entered by the Case Processing agent. / analyst.

However, after the note for eligibility is entered (last 3-5 pages), this has to be reviewed by an officer who makes a final determining, and only then the eligibility is passed, and the processing goes on for the remaining stages.

See #2,521

Hope I am getting your question right and this answers your question.

How to check whether my file been moved to NDVO for PPR ?

See page 2 and 3. you will see primary and secondary office. You will also see the dates when the processing happened there, the application assignment. If your application has been transferred to the primary office (NDVO), then you will see a note with the name of the officer.

Not all application will be transferred to the Primary office. Some application sill have the PPR sent out and then the transfer takes place.

Hello everyone, could you please help me how to interpret the GCMS. Which page can I check the eligibility? In one section , I see the below sentence: What does it mean? I submitted all of the police certificates. Do they still need a new one?

"R10 recommendation: review required – pending outstanding PC --- Age--- Applicant’s age reviewed and changed from ITA to e-APR ----- Document sent for review ----- Client information – contains PC."

I am not sure what your re trying to fugue out and what your question is. Where your application is does not matter. What matters is that the processing of your application is progressing well.

If your eligibility is passed, you need not worry. There are many others who are waiting.

See the notes at the end of the GCMS notes.

Three simple steps to read your GCMS notes:

1. Verify that they are your notes by checking your application number, your name and date of birth on page 1.

2. See page 2 for the assessments. This is the overview of your application stages. To read on stages, see https://bit.ly/35xhKw6

3. Then flip to the last 3-5 pages, this is where the notes entered by the immigration officers are and will provide you with the details.

Once done, you will have a clear grip of your application and then you can read in details about the assessments and calculations and the incoming and outgoing documents which will be in the middle of your notes.

Check your note if it is by an officer or an assistant to an analyst. You can compare it with my previous post at #2,521

To read on security and the security screening manual see https://bit.ly/35zk5oJ

If your eligibility has an officer's note, then it is passed.

Really it is very frustrating
I m also in the similar situation like you guys. My AOR is November 2019. Not any updates.
Even not any recent activity in the notes since February 2020
