Hey everyone!

Any update so far after AOR? I'm also still waiting for my dad's application. No BIL request till today.

Timeline:
Submitted - Apr 29, 2025
Temp AOR (XG###) - July 28, 2025
Permanent AOR (G###) - Nov 26, 2025
Call ircc and ask about such delay

Hi. You need to enter the same information that you entered in your PR application. For me, because I moved from one city to another in ON, I forgot which city that I put in the PR application. This caused several failed attempts. Then, I tried to put the actual family members (including myself) in the PR application. This, too, returned several failed attempts (adding to the confusion about the city). Finally, I entered the application number (starting with G without X at the beginning), I entered the correct city and I entered 1 in the field of the number of family members, and it worked!

So, I think that you need to make sure of the information you enter (the combination of application number (without X) + UCI, or family name and date of birth etc.. then the correct answer as for where do you intend to live (province and city) and finally for the number of family members, you need to enter (1) only regardless the actual number of family members (including yourself)..

If this all does not work, it is better to call IRCC and they will walk you through to make sure that you are entering the same information matching that in your PR application.

Good luck!
Thank you for your reply. I feel like I tried everything including (putting just 1 regardless of the family size in the application), speaking with an IRCC agent on the phone and submitting web form with screenshots of the issues. Unfortunately, the only response I received was advice to repeat the same steps that have already failed me for months. Perhaps I should just keep trying the same thing over and over again, and see.

Contact IRCC. The agent will guide you with the right answers. Same thing happened to me.

try not to copy and paste any information like, Application number, UCI, passport number. sometime when you copy you might copy extra space. try typing all the information and check spellings and match the answers with your downloaded PR application.
hope this works.

I had the same problem application
There were 6 people in total (1 citizen, 1 dependent child abroad, 4 in Canada)
I tried 6
I tried 5 many times, I met with the last ircc and the addicts in Canada and I entered a total of 4 people and connected Gckey . I hope it helps you
Application application number and uci

And do it with your place of birth (the place of birth should be as in the imm form Case sensitive)

I just checked on the link that you shared in the comment. No, my dad's Biometric was expired last year, but he hasn't received any request letter from IRCC yet
Since your father's Biometric is expired, IRCC will send your father BIL. I dont know when but yeah they will for sure. He need to check email inbox and spam both folders.
