Hi everyone i have a question if anyone knows please reply i have submitted my fingerprints and background check after AOR in April 2025 and know in May 2026 they asked me to submit it again and i also received a email that i am eligible for pre approval services can anyone tell me what will be the next step for me

May be your biometrics expired thats why and yes you receive pre arrival .what is your timeline ?
