Right. They do not reply now. I sent exemption webform on June 15 as an immediate member of PR. No reply till today. But they replied to my previous email request for authorization last year on Nov 29 & this year on may 07.
Did anyone get a response from the IRCC after submitting webform to prioritize the application? Or is there any other way to prioritize the application?
Same, no reply. Been over a month now

I Submitted a webform to prioritize application for my 8 month old baby for TRV to join my husband in Canada who is a PR. We applied for his visa in the UAE (Abu Dhabi) on 24th June.

Webform was submitted on 14th July 2021. Received a response on 6th August as stated below. No progress after that.

Subject: Request for an Authorization for Exemption from Canadian Travel Restrictions for the
Purpose of Family Reunification
Good day ,
We have received your enquiry and can confirm that a review of your application remains in
process. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will be in touch with you when
a final decision is made or if more information is required. To obtain more information, please fill
out the IRCC Web form in order for it to be sent to the responsible Canadian visa office directly.
Due to the ongoing situation, IRCC offices are experiencing processing delays. Rest assured
that they are making all the necessary efforts to process requests as soon as possible;
however, having to respond to status updates on applications will affect the processing times.
Also note that during the review of your file, you are not considered to hold a valid Travel
document. As such, you should not plan or undertake any travel to Canada until you are
advised.
We thank you for your patience in this difficult time,
Sincerely,
Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada

Are you an immediate family member of a PR or citizen?
I tried contacting the embassy directly but no luck. The current processing time for TRV for UAE is above 400 days. we might be lucky if they prioritize it based on the exemption approval. But again I very little hope and am trying really hard to remain patient.

Yes! I'm an immediate family member of PR, I know the processing time of TRV from UAE is 400+ days. I have raised the web form as well, no update. I have left hope of getting update any soon.

I got the same response on 6th August 21. Been two weeks now with no progress. I guess it now depends on your local VO. And mine is Abu Dhabi which is probably the slowest of all with 400 days’ TRV processing time for god knows why!! Pfft.
