I suggest consulting with a law firm for a possibility of a class action law suit, so we can save $$$ on individual mandamus process. Now is the best time since most likely there will be an early election in this fall and government doesn’t want to deal with these issues. I suggest we create a new tread and act fast.

Was it for Citizenship applications? I thought the 2012 was for pending PR applications, right?

Man I called two Lawyers and they told me I can not go for mandamus , I have to wait 3 or 4 more months.
Try other firms or lawyer. You can go for mandamus anytime you want. If you are waiting with no progress for 2 years, you can go for mandamus. Find lawyers that have experience in this matter not any lawyers. Contact sshlaw.ca they are expert in mandamus.
The PM just announced on his Twitter account that vaccination will be required for all federal workers and federal-regulated agencies, besides travelers. Good step to force people to go to normal.
