Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

My daughter recently completed her Canadian citizenship test and received a score of 16 out of 20. However, we are concerned that her photo ID (PR Card) may not have been captured clearly because there was some glare from the lighting.

Since the citizenship application tracker is currently not working, we are unsure how she can confirm whether her test result has been accepted and whether her test has officially been considered passed.

If there is an issue with the photo ID because of the glare, would IRCC normally contact her and ask her to provide the ID again, retake the test, or attend an interview?

Also, since this was her first attempt, is she allowed to voluntarily take the second attempt now, or does she need to wait until IRCC officially determines that the first attempt was unsuccessful or invalid?

Finally, if she can contact IRCC by phone to confirm the status of her citizenship test, how many days after completing the test would be reasonable to wait before calling?

Any information or experience from anyone who has gone through a similar situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
