They didn't know how to open minor account
At last point they said, we need to letterfrom college.... blah blah
there was no other option so I made a fake letter to transfe funds

Actually, I spent 3 days from 9 - 6 PM
They really don't know how to open
At last, they called head office and cleared everything

For fee payment of university or college, it can be done from any account even any of ur friend and family who is abroad can make payment.for GIC payment it has to come from ur account or ur account joint with parents,both or any one, and that is because of anti money laundering laws among financial institutions. If u opened GIC with scotia just make sure ur address format is same both in Scotiabank and ur Pakistan account. Otherwise payment will be rejected.
So for GIC payment u can open joint FC accounts with ur parents only.

Guys we can transfer funds from PKR account to Canada for GIC. I have done that successfuly even if I am not a filer. State Bank of Pak allows it. Its just a lengthy process so bankers usually avoid to do it and give us false stories.

5% tax is no more only for tax payers, mean student has to be a filer to avail this opportunity. I paid my fee without tax and i'm filer.

I havent filed my visa file yet, but can i still take appointment for biometric and give my biometric?
Through this link i applied for biometric,but will they ask for any biometrics fee on the center ? If yes then how much is it ?

Online booking did work for my friend today and he was able to get his appointment for August 4th but he made his account almost a month ago. he got confirmation email and a letter for appointment for his biometric
