Hi everyone,what else do you have to put in your LOE, aside from POF and any other issues known to you? Like do you have to narrate/explain when you applied and received your PGWP, that you worked during implied status. Are these infos not available to the officer? Thanks for your response.

I just got my ITA yesterday (May 28th) I had filled out all the sections, but got stuck with one: I am currently here in Canada (Vancouver) with my elder daughter who is studying here in UBC. My wife and younger daughter (9 months old) are in India and are included in the application. The problem is I don't yet have a passport for my younger one. If I give her birth certificate details instead of passport in her identity section, is that ok? Because I heard somewhere that we will only need the passport after they have approved and we can get it by then. Please do let me know. Thanks! and good luck to all!

My suggestion is to not to accept this invitation, Delete this profile or update your profile with right information.
If anyhow they caught you then it'll be a clearly misrepresentation. You'll get 5-10 year or permanent ban.

CRS score is going down, if you're getting 430 points with all correct information the you're in safe zone.

Thank you for the reply but can you pls explain what is there to be getting caught and why it will be misrepresentation as I have not given any wrong info. Yes my wife is with me here in Canada on visitor visa and I have applied with the option spouse accompanying as NO to get more points. What is wrong here. Please advice.

This is very simple. If you already have enough scores to be invited without the overseas work experience, you do not need to mention them in your Express Entry profile, many people do like this. After you get an ITA, you will have to fill out an e-application. At this point, you can mention everything under the personal history section, no need for any proof of employment for this.

Hi, I have got invitation for CCE.. I have indian experience in nursing as a staff nurse of 1 year and 11 months and 12 days .. But my First year experience letter is written as GNM training and They paid me stipend 2500 rupees per month . .. But this training was not part of my education .. this was continue one year training nurse expeirence in the multispecility hospital .. Does it considered in epress entry as a work experience ??

One thing i forgot to mention .. my canadian experience is continued from nov 2018 to till now but my employer has changed her company name so i could not finish one year in her both conpannies but am still under her in a same NOC .. So could it be considered as a one year or more than one year in CCE application

No, Police Record Check for your time in Canada is not required. It says on CIC website clearly. They will ask for it if required.

It is definitely okay if your employer have classified jobs in NOC codes. I even have my NOC code on my letter because my HR gave me in writing that this is my NOC code.
