Dear experts,

I need guidance, i am eajaz from India the following is my stats. Please guide me which program should i apply. Recently, my eca has been evaluated but i couldn't get the clb level 9 in IELTS instead i have clb 8.


Age : 25 Years
Education : BE Mechanical (4 year)
work experience: 3 years
under NOC code- 2171
Marital Status : Single
IELTS Result:
Listening - 8
Reading - 6.5
Writing - 6
Speaking - 7
Overall - 7
What are the chances of getting through SINP?

Hi Everyone, pls I need a little help here. For SINP ITA submission, do I need to tender my spouse's ECA?
Is it required any where in the form or part of the document required? The institution is delaying for about 2 months now and I'm worried it might not be ready before the deadline for the submission.
Our expectation was to have the ECA completed but with the issue from the school, its not looking like it will happen.
Now am considering declining the ITA and then re-enter the pool after the ECA is ready or close to completion.
Pls, ur advise will be highly appreciated.

I do not think ECA is required for spouse if she is dependent applicant in SINP application. However, it might be requires under EE ITA submission if points are claimed.

Really, that good to know. I believe the ECA should be completed before EE ITA.

Once you are invited to apply and submitted complete application and accepted, you will be notified if your NOC requires licence and your application will be put on hold until you provide. You will only receive nomination from province upon submitting the licence.

Hi guys, I received an invitation from SINP in Nov 28 draw. I have claimed points for 10 years. However the company I worked between 2009-11 is no longer in existence. It has been bought by another company and this can be easily googled. I was a full time retainer with them and have my offer letter and relieving letter, bank statements showing deposit of compensation and also Form 26AS where they have deposited my tax deduction. I had taken a letter from them in 2011 when the news on their takeover was floating, it briefly talks about my role, full time status and also compensation. I wrote to their current HR with this letter attached asking them to issue a current dated letter but she replied that since the earlier company is no longer in existence, she can only confirm on email on my tenure and compensation and nothing else. Will this work? I can get another letter from an old colleague from that company and get it notarized. Please let me know. Thanks

Tentatively, is the time sufficient between receiving an ITA and getting the license (if needed) to receiving a PNP? I am asking because I havent even initiated the process of getting a license. Will I run out of time to submit my license?

I mean how many points will i get for 10 yrs of experience.?.
