Hi All,

While filling personal history in 5669, can i have a overlap of months. Like say, half the month i was employed and rest unemployed.
My spouse would be unemployed from mid feb and i plan to submit the application around 26th of feb. In that case,
can i fill like below.
feb 2020 - ongoing --> unemployed
MM 2019-feb 2020 --> employed.

Please advice

I am August 09, 2019 applicant, my file was transferred to LVO on January 13, 2020 as intimated by CPC Sydney via email. Since then no acknowledgement receipt of the application by LVO uptil now. The ECAS still silent and showing the last status "Medical Results have been received". I am worried that how long I will have to wait for AoR2.

If either of your parents were Canadian citizens when you were born, by descent. If not, you were naturalized. (I'm simplifying a tiny bit).

Check with your parents for example to confirm.

Hello friends
Does anyone know the difference between ordering GCM notes and ordering web form request. My sponsorship application is still in process and has taken a lot longer than usual and i am confused should i order gcm notes or web form request. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

Hello all,

New to this please be kind.

I am CDN born and reside in Ontario my entire life. Fiance is here from Mexico on visitor visa she arrived 18 August 19. We applied for a visitor visa extension 23 Dec 19 and on 18 Feb 20 she will be here on implied status.

We are planning to marry in the next couple of weeks.

Our main concern is that even with the coming "approved extension" she can only have legal status here until 18 August 20 as a visitor. After that time, with our application in progress, will she be deemed illegally in Canada?

The process is intimidating but we believe we can handle it. We just want to know what chances/circumstances there are that we will be forced to be separated..her to Mexico and myself to remain here for work.

Any and all replies to this post are greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Logan

Same situation, my file was transferred to Warsaw VO on December 12 , and no updates or AOR2 since then. I don’t understand because there are too many people here with the same situation

I applying for sponsoring my spouse who is currently working in UAE.

He doesn't have work experience documents as he has worked in private firms
Secondly he had education for less than 16 years
How will this affect his application
