I think the submission date for OWP coincides with the date on which you paid the fees. I have seen this happening to everyone.Mine is the exact same.. Says Online Application with a submitted date of "April 26th" and was really submitted May 3rd...
Must be correct if ours look the same

What did you put for Identification type? My wife is on a visit visa and we have applied for the PR + OWP. What ID Type should i use?
I applied to sponsor my husband on May 15th, still no response. I was able to find his application online though and it only states that it has been received but not in process yet. We are anxiously waiting for further information its been 2 months already!
