so the new checklist that came out in Feb says that applications should go to Mississauga. I'm am about to send my husband's application. I'm confused as to where to send it
Yes that is happened to me too I sent it to mississuaga
And when I check again I found that they change the check list again to be to Sydney
I have no idea what will gonna happened to my application

Wait, really? I just went to have a look and it still says to send it to Sydney for spouses living outside of Canada.
Guys they changed 3 times in few days that is happened with me too i all really sent it to mississuaga as they said in the February check list and after few days I found them updated again to go to Sydney that is so weird

The changes were minimal, on checklist they added a space to enter the name of the country where the police check is from and on the other form only the wording was changed on the one question as far as I could tell, hopefully won't create to much of a problem.

I checked the forms around Wednesday or Thursday last week and there were not any updates, my guess is it happened probable Friday or Saturday so there must be some kind of wiggle room from their end. In any case I'd say anyone sending the forms by the end of this week or next should probable use the new forms to be on the safe side.
There are updated the relationship form as well so you have to update it again and use a new check list

We are so excited we finally got to send the documents such a relief, we know the wait is going to be long but we are ready. I never thought getting all the documents together was so hard, in Nicaragua nothing is streamlined which makes getting documents and authenticating a royal pain.

Our VO is Mexico which is the worst for being slow so we are locked in for the long haul. Truly hoping everyone here can get their PR as qucikly as possible and without any major set backs.

Jeez, that's crazy, I really hope this doesn't cause delays for people who sent it to Mississauga. Gonna send mine off tonight while it still says Sydney, I think!

oh my it seems like they update again. you are correct in sending to Sydney. They really have to stop with the back to back updates.

I have no idea i am so frustrated and confused I phoned them today to ask about this situation and I didn’t get any clear answer

Ugh yeah, I can only imagine how frustrated you are right now. Keep us updated on what you find out. It might actually be worth sending a message to the IRCC Twitter account, they're pretty good at replying to stuff. And for anyone worried about using the older forms, here is a reply they sent out just a few hours ago about it:

"Hi. We’ll accept the previous version of the current form until another one is released. When a new version is released, we’ll accept the new version and the previous version of that. We encourage you to use the newest forms to avoid any possible delays. Thanks."

its also frustrating that we now have to get proof of contact translated. I was ready to send my app until that point. Anyone else not translating if not already in English or French?. it's very costly for those translations.
