Nairobi VO – COPR Details Shown but No PPR Yet (Outland Spousal Sponsorship)

Hello everyone,
I’m sponsoring my wife (outland spousal sponsorship, processed by Nairobi VO). Our application timeline is:

Application submitted: March 20, 2025

AOR: March 27, 2025

Biometrics completed: April 3, 2025

Eligibility completed: July 11, 2025

Pre-arrival: July 12, 2025

Medical passed: July 30, 2025

Final Decision: August 21, 2025 (PR tracker shows COPR details, all sections completed)


But as of today (August 28, 2025), we haven’t received the PPR (Ready for Visa email) yet.

Has anyone else with Nairobi VO seen COPR in their tracker before getting the PPR?
How long did it take between “Final Decision” and receiving the PPR email?

There is typically a lag between what is posted online and getting PPR. Could be a few days but also a few months
