Did you find out the reason for review required?
On GCMS Notes, as per CASE PROCESSING AGENT
"****NOTE: Review of employment record required regarding reference - eDoc #xxxxxxx ****"

Guess they are not happy with the reference letter is what I'm am assuming.
My reference letter is not on company letter head. It's a well-know bank in Canada. Can't get the reference letter as per IRCC because of bank's policy. I made one myself (with all required details as per IRCC), got a signature from my ex- colleague who worked at the bank with a scanned copy of his employer ID card and official contact details.

Apart from this, I have sent offer letter, experience letter, canadian T4 tax papers and payslips.

Not sure what else they are looking for, should I raise a CSE form at this stage?

Well i think you should send a strong loe for the reason you are stuck which should strengthen your case and help the officer to clear his doubts..
You better take advice of experienced members here..
Many times guidance of experienced members proves to be golden words..

So send an LOE through CSE form would be a good idea?

OK
Yes..Loe is send through cse form
Okay Thanks

My Timeline:
AOR Aug 8th 2018
MED Passed/ IP2 (Background Check in Progress) – Aug 29th 2018
No ghost update or any other communication since then, 22 days left for 6 months completion

Will a CSE form make the officer look into the file to speedup the process?

I am not a senior...but I think you should also try to include some proof that they cannot provide the letter as per CIC requirements. Like, if u have an email in which they deny u the letter cuz it is their policy etc.....

Sure will do. Thanks.

If I can't prove this experience I will lose 40 points and make me ineligible for EE. I dont find anywhere on the notes that I have already lost those points, this employment doc is just under review for now by the next higher officer I believe.

I will mention that I learn from the GCMS notes that my file is delayed because of this reference letter and the reason why I was unable to provide it on company letter head and add the official contacts (emails and phone numbers) incase verification is required.

Anyone has a formal template for a LOE that can be drafted for IRCC?

Hi Aliabbashusain,

I have a similar case.
Comment from Case Processing Agent,
Review of employment record regarding reference – eDOC#xxxxx, Review Required R75: FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – Review Required R76: SELECTION CRITERIA – FSW POINTS: Review Required R76: SELECTION CRITERIA – FUNDS : APPEARS TO MEET FSW points total: 63 ready to finalize RPRF: Complete

When I trace back the eDOC, it the employment document for Canadian work experience that I claimed. I have submitted all the require documents including experience letter, offer letter, designation change letter, payslips, T4 Tax documents, Reference letter with all required details as per CIC. Not sure what are they reviewing and kept my file on hold for 5 months now

Did CIC contact you for additional docs? or Did you raise a CSE form to ask status or take legal advice? Please let me know, it would help me to proceed further with my case. Thanks for your time
The comment from the Analyst is important to know as to why exactly he felt that the application should be reviewed. Your FSW points shows as 63 as per your comments but as far as I know the minimum entry requirement is 67, so please check what has bothered the analyst and if you think you can provide something which will help your application then please go ahead.

In my case I had explained everything in the LOE and even without one of the work experience(if I wasn't awarded points for it) I had enough points to get qualified and that is what the officer commented that everything met approved. I did not provide any additional points and waited for the case officer to get back to me incase if he/she feels my docs/explanation is not enough but thank God I got it. It took me 210 days post AOR to get the golden mail.

I'd say look at the comments of the case officer and decide.

The reference letter is for the 1 year Canadian experience that I claimed which gives me points for experience and adaptability both for FSW points and CRS score. The Analyst is doubtful if I don't get the claimed points, I will be 63 and become ineligible. I hope the next officer who will review the case will accept the reference letter.

Btw May I know your timeline from AOR to PPR, how long eligibility was on RR?
Also, could you please share the template for LOE that you submitted? Thanks

If all the documents are in place and are verifiable then you don't need to worry, although it takes more than usual processing time.

My AOR was feb 2018 and on march 9th there was a review comment was made by the analyst and and after that I directly got the ppr email on 17th september.
