As I can see you fulfill the minimum requirements of every university,
you can apply to the most of the universities in Canada,

Just shortlist 5-6 universities, consisting 2 very competitive universities(UBC,UWO, UofAlberta,Carleton etc.), 2 average competitive universities(MUN,Saskatchewan,Queen's,Ryerson,Concordia etc),and 1-2 in which you are sure of getting an admit like Bishop's,Lakehead,

You just have to do a little research to shortlist some options

As understood from your communication , you have already got the admission for Bishop university and further waiting for above university .
Since , these universities will announce results after March , then how you are holding Bishop LOA ?
Is there any provision of holding one university / college before finalization of other universities.
All are request to share their views on this .
thanks

You have a good chance in all the universities you have applied,

Since most of Canadian universities only consider score from you last 4 semesters,
It will be better if you can post that score also

One of my friend got rejected from MUN , a day before yesterday,

He was having 3.2/4 , which is very wierd,

Since MUN is a moderately selective university,
You have a better chance at University of Winnipeg and Lakehaead university,

Still,I would recommend applying for one or more universities to be at safer side

Dear,

Have you mailed your documents(transcripts, IELTS score etc.) to University Winnipeg?
I have also applied to the same University for Fall'19.
Thanks,
