Hi guys,
I need some information, preferably an applicant from Lahore would have better location specific responses for some queries. I've noticed that there is a lack of proper information about below queries since most of the applicants are single.

1) Is it important to have correct current/ permanent addresses on NICOP prior to applying for PCC?

2) Has someone with a spousal application completed the name-change affidavit/ other supporting docs to justify the pre-marriage name of their spouse on ECA report and other documents? I'm in UAE and can only go to Pakistan for few days so I need exact format if someone can share the complete document (without personal details). Our MRC from NADRA only gives my wife's pre-marriage name and not her new name with my surname. There is no document that has her both names and I also don't have her pre-marriage name passport copy to attach as supporting document.

3) Some people have mentioned that their application got rejected/ delayed because in their spousal application, they only attached MRC and not documents like Urdu Nikahnama, English notarized translation and notarized copy of that English translation. I can't really find any mention of that officially but if someone has got it done, please let me know the path you followed in detail.

4) I don't have an ITA right now but I want to get as much done pre-ITA. To this end, I'm thinking of having the PCCs for Pakistan prepared through family since I work in UAE now. However, I also visit Pakistan from time to time on business trips to various cities for couple of weeks at a time. If I get a PCCs for Pakistan prepared now, would they still stay valid if I continue my week long business trips after that? Someone said that the PCC would become invalid because I'll be visiting Pakistan again after obtaining the PCC.
Anyone?

Hey everyone, my AOR is 9 July 2018 and I have been asked to resubmit my spouse Pakistan PCC, dated 17 May 2018. I understand that the validity of Pakistan PCC is 6 months and maybe that is the reason we need to resubmit it. Has anyone experienced the same?
It's strange because I didn't see anyone else sharing this scenario. Did your wife travel to Pakistan after PCC issue date and before AOR?

Hello everyone!

I have read on various forums about the complications with the Pakistani PCC. I am an Australian resident visiting Pakistan over the winters. I plan to get my PCC issued during my visit. I heard that the PCC should be issued after my exit date from Pakistan or the application might be rejected if issued prior to my departure from the country? Can anyone please verify this and share his/her experience in regards to the PCC? Your help will be highly appreciated.

That is what I hear too.

That it should be after date of your last exit. That's what I have done too.

HI All
For bank statement, i need information
I don't have enough saving to show in bank statement but i have papers of my property on my name, so can anyone please advice if property papers can work in this regard?
i am working in Qatar and i can provide bank statement
do i really need to show the money in the bank? or is there any alternative?
TIA
You need to show funds readily available. Property papers do not work. You need to show the money in the bank. Gift deed is the last resort.

Its the first time I have come across this information. Can you please provide the link to the forum referring to that information. It should be based on an experience else it is baseless.

1. The police department will only write the address on PCC as it's written on your ID card. So you should fill in the same address in address history section of your application.

2. I submitted the computerized marriage registration certificate from Nadra along with the bio page of my wife's passport as proof of name pre & post marriage since both these documents contain the citizenship number. Her last name on educational documents was different from what is mentioned on the passport.

3. I submitted the marriage certificate form Nadra along with the original urdu version and the english translation as I already had it translated before. But I don't think there's any issue in submitting only the computerized version as it's an official document issued by the government.

4. The PCC should be issued after your most recent visit to Pakistan. Even if you miss a single day, your application will be rejected so be very careful about this. You should not get the PCC yourself, you have to ask your blood relative to go on your behalf since it must be issued after you leave the country. Also, since our PCC contains dates of stay period, it should cover the complete period since you turned 18.

Hope this helps.

Yes, your PCC should be issued after the last day of your most recent visit. You have to ask your blood relatives in Pakistan to get the PCC for you.

Thank you for the reply. Just one more question. How would they know whether I wan in Pakistan when I obtained the police certificate. The Punjab police certificate just mentions the start date and the end date. It does not mention any details whether I am in Pakistan or abroad. I have a old certificate from Punjab police and it does not have any details of my travel history.

You have to give your complete travel history / address history / activities for the last 10 years in your PR application along with all the scanned pages of your passport that are marked (exit-entry stamps).

The police certificate will not have any details other than your stay period which should start from the day you turned 18 till the last day of your most recent visit to Pakistan.

Dear Members,
I require your assistance and guidance in the following scenario.
I am a Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer with Masters in Industrial Management (specialization in quality) and Masters in Automotive Manufacturing from Karachi, Pakistan. I did my ECA have IELTS LRWS = 8.5, 7, 6, 7.5.
I have work experience of 12 years in three areas and in all i did apply my manufacturing engineering skills in different ways.
1) Pure manufacturing engineering job in the automotive parts development or 5 years.
2) Served in the engineering university as lecturer for teaching and training for Manufacturing Engineering for 2 years
3) Served as General Manager for technical developments (new facilities) and administration of technical vocational institutes for more than 5 years. here i also applied engineering in terms of students training, selection and procurement of CNC machines, CAD/CAM software etc
Now my question is, should i select NOC for engineering for my entire experience to maximize my opportunities or split my experience into mentioned three distinct NOCs....what is your suggestions or the recommended approach?
Would really appreciate your guidance.
Regards.

The PCC carries a remark that it’s issued in the absence of applicant.

However, is it alright if the PCC says "no criminal record from birth to date" if I spent last 6 years outside Pakistan? Or it's better to say exact dates from 18th birthday onwards
