I will take a look at that. My main question is as follows. :

If WES evaluates me in the summary as Bachelors 4 years, then can i be entitled to receive points for 2 or more degrees? Please clarify.

If it evaluates BOTH your diplomas as a bachelor EACH

Yeah thanks ! But just 5 minutes back I again got the VDR request for the 5th time. I am losing all the hope now and dont understand what WES wants.

You can check out this post and see if there is any common ground that you can think of. In @balaca’s case, name mismatch was the issue. While I understand that your institution may be facing a different issue, it always helps to have access to the content of the mail being sent, if your issuing institution is willing to share it.

They need to:1) type the unique ref number ( This is different from the one given to candidate) in the email body; and 2) Certify authenticity of the documents. Thats it.

I am from IIM B, facing the same issue. My status is "on hold" and waiting for verification from IIM B

In your case, did PGP office provide the authentication via email to WES? Originally, I had contacted the PGP office to send my transcripts directly to WES.

As i have no clue which email id they might have sent the scanned docs for verification, should i go ahead and coordinate between PGP office and WES (use contact us portal on WES)?.. what is the right way to go ahead?

Thanks. Now I am going to think of something else - If my MBA degree is not evaluated, when will they end it and atleast provide me certificate for my bachelor degree. In that case, if i make my wife primary applicant and show myself only as a bachelor degree holder, I might still cross 450 CRS which would be good enough. My only point is not having ECA for MBA would cause any issues while looking out for jobs in Canada?

@kamy18, hope you got the ECA report! It usually does take a couple days more than they say - at least since this verification process started. Before this, WES was actually providing reports a couple of days before the due date ;( Think they have a bad backlog and simply can’t meet their commitments on time anymore...

Sounds like a plan! I believe that WES would need you to withdraw your MBA credential to issue your report with only the bachelors degree. @kamy18 can you help @NiSn with the process for removing a degree/diploma that has been put on hold? I remember you posted a similar question on this forum
Regarding the second part of your question, I don’t think Canadian companies depend on ECA reports per se, but it can’t hurt to get your masters degree/diploma evaluated by ICAS, IQAS or CES in the meantime, while the EE application is underway with your wife as primary applicant

Hi @NiSn, plz fill in "contact us" form on your WES profile and start follow up they have removed my wife's "on hold" degree in 6 days and published a new completion date on her account

Dear friends,
Need help with below problem
My wife passport only has given name and surname is blank . but in her WES profile we by mistake mentioned her surname as well, for example
Passport:
Given Name: Abc Xyz and surname is blank
WES:
First name : Abc and last name :Xyz

Now we have report having XYZ Abc in header of report
Name in individual credential is OK

So there is a mismatch in her WES report header and passport details

plz advise any solution to this problem

Please share your thoughts on my case below.My WES profile is on hold with second VDR. Though,I have sent the university suggested email id to WES to send VDR, the university officials has confirmed that they haven’t received any email from WES as of today.

I would like to know whether the 10-digit unique reference number will be the same for the second VDR. My university officials are ready to reply for the first VDR.

Please help!!! I have been stucked in the on hold enigma for the last 2 months.

Hey guyz..
I am facing issue regarding verification as well. I did my MBA in business economics from south campus du, and my eca is on hold.
I approached the department and transcript team and they said they have not recieved any e-mail or post for verification.. but it has been over a month.
I wanted to know does anyone have any information where does WES send the e-mail to for delhi university south south campus so I can co-ordinate with the concerned department?

How did they identify institute ID is from website or some other channel, WES has send verification for my docs request to PTU, I am not sure how to take it forward with college without knowing recipient ID
