is it possible that CIC may call me on my cellphone when they have questions regarding my case, or they communicate with us ONLY by mail and e-mail ?

It seems like there are bunch of "In Process" status lately, hoping that for the next step like test date and interview would be the same.
do they call on Sundays also ?? i received a call from "unknown caller" on my cell phone last Sunday , i am afraid it was from them !!

Cic website just states 12 months for processing time.
