Thanks @samikdg . My institute already received a mail from WES with the verification ID that you are talking about. My folks sent me a copy of the mail for my reference. They are confused why this is happening as it has never happened before and when they try to reply to WES' email, they get a bounce back. Like I mentioned before, along with me, there are 8 other alumni's docs that have been sent back.

I'm from TAPMI, Manipal.
They sent the mail to the college's official ID. I think that they took it from the website.
Subject line is: VDR - Verification Request - Reference # (**********)

Hi, thanks for the details.
Daily I am calling my institution to check whether they received any mail from Wes.Not sure to which email Id of instituition, WES is sending the reverification mail.On that bit I am confused.Or are they sending physical hard copies to my institution,again not sure.Period of uncertainty!
Just let me know whether wes send your reverification mail from any of the below email ids.

My wild guess is that they will be sending email to the official mail id mentioned in the Wes Academic Records Request form.Any thoughts please?

So my institute finally got the email yesterday for verification and they have reverted today. Now need to push WES to complete ECA ASAP.

Did they receive it on the email ID which you had provided through the Contact Us form? And I was also worried reading above that WES has sent the emails from an automated email account and if institute replies to that email, it will simply bounce!
Do you know which email ID of WES did your institute send the verification email to?
I could not call WES yesterday, and they haven't sent the second VDR email yet!

The email has been sent to the email id that I submitted through contact us page. The email was recevied yesterday around same time when I got the second VDR notification. My institute just told me that we have got the email and will reply. I have no idea if it bounces back. Will check again Monday.

Hey guys,

I sent my docs on 5/1 and they received on 5/3. On 5/21, they updated my status to 'All documents were reviewed and accepted' and that the evaluation was being prepared. In the details section, both my UG and PGDM certificates were listed as 'accepted'. In the first week of June, they changed the status back to 'Docs received and are being reviewed'. My evaluation was due on 6/11 and on 6/11, they put me on hold.

I immediately contacted my institute and they said they tried responding to WES saying my docs were legit but they got a message reply failure. They got verification requests for 7 other alumnis. When I asked them for the email ID they responded to, they said its 'autosender@wes.org'. They said there is no other email ID. So, I gave them 'inquiryca@wes.org' and 'canada@wes.org'. These are all I could find on the WES forums. Is there any other ID I should ask my institute to send their mail to? Please help.

I even wrote to WES on 6/12 and there's no response. I tried calling them on a couple of numbers and I've been on hold for about 1.25 hours and there's no response. Please also share the phone number you are using as you seem to reach them.

I'm very desperate as I just have 12 days to submit my EE. I would hate to do the whole process once again. I'm also worried that once they sort out my PGDM certificates, they may change my UG to 'On Hold'. If they can tell us on the due data of completion that after initial review, they determined that a verification is required, they can do anything.

Hoping to get the email and phone number from you guys.

Did your institute tried responding for all 7 alumni through one email? Maybe that’s why it’s bouncing. I think it has to be done individually for each one and through a reply to original email. Check with your institute.

Also call them on their Canada only number (+1-416 972 0070) - I have called them many times and have never been put on hold for more than 1-2 minutes. Also don't call them as soon as the call center opens. That time they get the max calls. Call like 1 hour after that.

Do you mind sharing the contents of the VDR email. Also I don't think its a good idea to send these documents by yourself through fax. They don't want candidates to get involved in this whole process.

The correct email id is auto-sender@wes.org and not autosender@wes.org. I got the VDR notification from auto-sender@wes.org. I just sent a test email on this email id and the mail went through. Am I missing something?

Hi @Jaywalker, the mail goes through yes, but after an hour, it returns a mail delivery error. Refer appended:

I have separately sent you the email received by the issuing institution. Standard mail stating a verification is needed and must be sent against the provided reference number only. Cheers.
